1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Quarterwise, provided by Malden Ltd, trading as Quarterwise ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
2. The service
Quarterwise helps you keep digital records of rental income and expenses and prepare and submit Making Tax Digital for Income Tax updates and the final declaration to HMRC. We provide software; we are not your accountant and the service is not a substitute for professional tax advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you submit.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Plans and payment
The Free plan covers a single property. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as shown at checkout, exclude VAT, and can be cancelled at any time. Paid plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.
5. HMRC submissions
We transmit the figures you approve to HMRC on your behalf. You remain responsible for filing accurately and on time. We are not liable for penalties arising from incorrect information you provide or from your failure to approve a submission before its deadline.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll tell you about material changes by email.
